Customers may also opt for Premium Maintenance Service where iBS will provide a similar or compatible loan unit while the faulty item is being diagnosed and serviced. This will help to minimise downtime in the event that the faulty hardware cannot be serviced onsite. iBS Maintenance Services is not confined to hardware faults alone. iBS is able to provide technical expertise in resolving various operating system and application issues like Operating System errors, Data Backup/Restoration issues, Printing problems, Application errors, Email problems etc.
